At the Journalists Communication & Training Center, our future plans are rooted in empowering journalists and strengthening the field of media. We aim to expand our training programs to include specialized courses such as data journalism, AI in reporting, and conflict coverage, ensuring our trainees are equipped to tackle evolving challenges. By establishing regional hubs and mobile training units, we aspire to bring accessible, localized support to underserved communities. Our vision includes creating a digital learning platform with an extensive e-library and advanced tools, fostering innovation and continuous growth. We are committed to advocating for press freedom, supporting journalists’ safety, and promoting gender equality in media through scholarships and mentorship programs. Additionally, we plan to host networking events, launch international partnerships, and collaborate on groundbreaking research to inspire excellence in journalism. Through sustainable growth and strategic initiatives, we aim to become a global leader in training and empowering media professionals.

• Creating a sustainable consultation system with the media and establishing their needs in the area of improving the capacity of media workers so that our training programs can be better adjusted accordingly.
• Creating more professional courses, especially for women journalists, whose number has decreased in the media.
• Establishing a regular training institute for women and men with separate classes. This institute will focus more on practical training and media works in the artistic and technical dimension.
