ABOUT US

The Journalists Communication and Training Center was established in 2022 in a situation where the special training centers for journalists in Afghanistan were out of business and a large number of experienced journalists had left the country. Everyone knows that journalism is renewed every day and new discoveries must enter the educational system, especially in the field of artistic and technical works.

On the other hand, all the media workers in Afghanistan are not graduates of the journalism faculty, so there was an urgent need to have a regular education and training center for news reporters. CTJ, describing the problems and limitations, was created and started its difficult work with the efforts of our colleagues.

This center is the first training center after the political changes and the fall of the republic regime in Afghanistan, which provided theoretical and practical training to male and female journalists. CTJ gathered experienced and professional professors and trainers to teach the necessary and needed issues of journalists and the media, and for the first time after the political developments, it revived the culture of training and education of journalists.

This center, which has an official license to operate, is led by Mohammad Bashir HatIf, a journalist with a teaching experience

Bashir Hatif is a journalist who has managed several important television and radio networks in Afghanistan. He has also won several national and international awards.
